Shipping & Returns
How orders from Hollow Log Studios are shipped, and what to do if something arrives damaged.
Where we ship
Art prints, originals and books ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged once per order, based on how many items are in it. Prints, books and other items all count the same. The total is shown in your cart before you pay.
- 1 item: $4.95
- 2–3 items: $7.95
- 4–5 items: $9.99
- More than 5 items: $9.99 plus $1.25 for each extra item
When your order ships
Orders are carefully packed by hand and ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location.
Pre-ordered books ship when the book is released. If your order includes a pre-order along with other items, everything ships together once the book is available.
Returns and refunds
Because each print and book is packed by hand, all sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged.
If something arrives damaged, email bethany@hollowlogstudios.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won’t need to send the damaged item back.
Merchandise and commissions
Mugs, apparel and stickers are sold and shipped through our Printful store, and Printful’s own shipping and return policies apply to those orders.
Custom commissions are quoted individually, and their terms are agreed before any work begins.
